Its not about laughter, its about comedy

About Me

I figure nothing beats good comedy, and nothing is so serious that you can't make fun of it. At the ripe old age of 30, I am finally starting to get over the case of nerd rage that I have harbored since my teens. I play a fair to middlin' hand of texas hold 'em. I'm realizing how truely fucking good I have it. I'm getting into researching cognitive neurolinguistics. I still haven't figured out what I'm going to be when I grow up - but I don't aspire to be an MP3-j.

My Interests

- I have too many interests that I never get around to doing/finishing them. I need to figure out how I can screen print clothes, shoot a decent photo series, write some bass lines, polish my singing style, build some furniture, sketch a passable cubist piece, and finish up some compelling novels in a weekend - True gemini form. Additionally, I enjoy pugs, studying neuroscience & poking at brains, teaching myself how to play bass, coffee, pez dispensers, taking trips to flavor country, things with a club soda base, finding a couch that will fit into my apartment, being classless - but appearing classy while doing it , Finding ways to pay for grad school & used bookstores with perpetually slumbering cats in the windows.
