Hearkening back to the days of the artsy, underground, old-school clubs of the late '70s and early '80s, mr. BLACK is an intimate, subterranean space which will feature art by Jack Pierson, Yoko Ono and Richard Prince. Where anyone and everyone is welcome, where anything and everything goes, where the atmosphere is charged, the crowd unpretentious, and the music unexpected. Think cross genres and cross-genders.mr. Black brings an eclectic mix of world-renowned and locally celebrated DJs such as Disciple, Miss Honey Dijon, Spencer Sweeney, Sammy Jo and Stretch Armstrong, spinning everything from Chicago house and sexy house to mash-ups to latin and electro. All very good, all very danceable.And isn't that the point?So come.
