Moonie

The name Moonie is taken from a Lebanese word my mom called me as a kid. (That's more of an explanation than MOST people have ever gotten!!) I don't think anyone in my family has called me anything else since. You can call me Ray, Moonie, or Solly. It's all good. I'm a brutally honest, loyal, hard-working, educated, former pro athlete who's had the music bug ever since the age of 6 or 7. First it was the drums. After a few years of banging away, I switched to the guitar. For the last 10+ years, it's been all about the bass. Now that my days of trying to succeed as a relief pitcher are behind me, the ONLY focus is my music. I plan on using the tenacity, self-confidence, and people skills that I developed as an elite athlete to pursue this next goal.
