About Me

First off..if you found this page at random - make sure to visit the main MY TERMINAL RITUAL page. Second - if you found this page looking for a sexy bitch - you need glasses. Other than that - you must be in the right place!
I was raised in Amherstburg, a small town outside of Windsor, Ontario. I had the best childhood! I grew up on the water, so that fact that I have not grown gills over the years, surprises me! Boating, fishing, skiing, swimming, tubing, jet skiing, girl watching, or even ice skating in the winter…always something to keep us out of trouble. But, like everyone else, I had to grow up sometime. I started playing guitar when I was about 10yrs old. I took lessons and eventually started teaching music myself. I studied music all throughout high school and competed in numerous musical competitions as well as performing at Jazz festivals. I played guitar in the school jazz band, and tenor sax in music theory. These were the roots that helped me develop into the musician I am now. I played in bands through high school and college and was offered the opportunity to record a full length CD back in 1996. And I didn’t have to pay for it! The band was called BLACK SAND. We focused mostly on Metallica style licks and just about anything you could bang your head to. Unfortunately, that growing up thing happened again, and we eventually went our own ways. I also studied Computer Science in College. It wasn’t my passion, but countless years of people telling me there’s more to life than music, made me change my tune (no pun intended!). So after I graduated, I scrapped my education (as most of us do) and went out and got a job in a completely unrelated field. But after some time, and hard searching, I was able to connect with a group of guys and make some good music. We decided to take it to the next level and try to build the MTR Empire! Two solid years of songwriting by the best combination of individuals, has resulted in something I can be extremely proud of. We’ve had the opportunity to share the stage with many great bands, both Indie and National acts. Our live show is driven by the energy of our music, a little aggression, and lots of emotion. This is what my life is about. Come check us out! We won’t let you down.

MTR Opens for Skid Row

Well, it finally happened.  All the hard work, blood, sweat and tears has finally paid off.  Well, maybe not so glamorous as that but this past weekend was definitely something to remember! ...
