The Struggle is the Blessing When not kick boxing my way into the future... I act, write and recording my own music ....... Try to take time to educate people on Homelessness, HIV and AIDS. That is more important than the glamorous life of the entertainment industry, which is why I admire people like Angelina Jolie. If we can use the power we have to change things.. Why not? If you want to do something check out Aids and Africa.com .... Lately people focus more on my personal life and who I'm dating (NO, I'm not and never was dating Christina Milian) than important things going on in the world. Travelling is important to me as well. Seeing the world, learning different things. It's my favorite thing to do.

A few things I can't live without are my weekly Billboard magazine and my monthly Men's Health mag, my trainer, herbal tea, my sidekick what will I do without it, my iPod, 21 Jump Street dvd collection, LA Denim Atelier jeans, Acqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani, passport, my 200gb hard drive with every album I own on it though I haven't been home to play around with it, I can go on.... :)

Took me months but here are a few pictures after my gym work out and a few others you might enjoy.....
On stage.
I know that these will give you a little something to talk about ;) A few work out pictures! Making sure the body is amazing before the album is out :) I'm trying hard kids!! Let's be honest too, it's the Paris Hilton era! We do like to get nude every now and then. :) Honestly, since I started working out, after a work out I'd take pictures with my sidekick to see how the results were coming along. So now a few of the pictures are here. For now. I think they might be a little over the top.... but I have dreams of being on the cover of Men's Health one day. So don't read too much into them. Thanks! :)
