About Me

I suppose you could say I'm a bit nuts, but then who isn't. Originally from Northern Ireland, but get around a bit thanks to my job (UK, Canada, Spain) Always had itchy feet so dear knows where I'll end up next. I live my life by songs and you can always tell what mood I'm in by the music I'm listening to: Happy = up beat, often the Beatles Sad = acoustic or slow jazz, really dark and soulful Thoughtful = classical, possibly Mozzart Confused = electronica or what my mother would call 'that weird stuff' One tip though, If I'm listening to meatloaf, its best to avoid me - I'm in a mood and likely to attack even a simple 'Hello'

My Interests

Music:

You'll find anything and everything in my music collection. Grew up with Classical, Rock, Pop, Country, Acoustic and some really obscure stuff. John Lennon (and the Beatles), U2, Thin Lizzy, John Jackson, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald, Green Day, Nirvana, Mozart, Carla Anderson, Sufjan Stevens, Boards of Canada, the Books, Iain Archer, Lisa Miskovsky... I'm learning to love music again. Having studied it at school, I've spent a couple of years critiquing everything I hear (how sad is that) but thankfully that is changing.

Books:

Lord of the Rings, Cronicles of Narnia and anything by Douglas Copeland (or at least any of the ones I've read)
