MySpace Editor Everything changes. I still love sushi and music. I get less of each these days. I'm currently looking for work and starting classes in the new year and writing. There are 4 new songs being polished, two short stories in the editing phase and my first 4 minutes in development. Comedy has become a big part of my life, carefully nurturing it like the baby bird you were told not to pick up as a child. Nothing inspires like upheaval. And it's a beautiful thing.

My Interests

Music, writing, history, ASL, Deaf culture, magic, Art, Politics, Pro Wrestling (yeah, I still call it that.) Ballet, Theater, Talk Radio, comedy, poetry, pubs and beer.

I'd like to meet:

Luke Kelly. Christy Moore. Tom Waits. Robert B Parker. Bobby Sands. Abbie Hoffman. Steven Pinker. Lewis Black. Richard Bach. Lenny Bruce. Steven Wright. Thomas Paine. George M Cohan. Stephen Foster. Robert Newman. Brendan Behan. Lee Harvey Oswald. Marc Maron, Shane McGowen. Carl Sandburg (mostly to discuss "Broken Faced Gargoyles" Bill Maher. Ric Flair. ( I still don't care what you say: Ric Flair is the man. Whoooooo!)

Heroes:

Underdog. My Mom. FDR. The person who said, "Raw fish on rice? Sure, let's sell the hell out of it." Jim Garrison,(though I admit he was wacky at times. His interview on the Tonight Show is among things that make me go: Eeek.). Christy Moore, because he's the man, though I've been listening to his brother more and more lately. Brianna Boyce, (for her courage) Reed Cotton, who believed in me when noone else did. Francis Sheehy Skeffington, the person who invented the doughnut, and the very next person who can find me a steak and cheese sub as good as those on the East Coast...

A Slippery Slope to Sillyville...

Of those on the ballot here in Arizona, none was mucked over more than the absurdly titled "Protect Marriage" proposition. In the days preceding the elections, I relished the conversations. Whether...

It was a long, tiring weekend.  It was also the most fun I've had in a while... I miss New England when I've heard and seen too much of the same thing, flooded by cookie-cutter-culture.  Fri...

Another St. Pat's has gone...

I am reminded of how a Catholic priest must feel on Easter Sunday, looking out at all the faces he sees but once a year.  The band has been fortunate enough to be gigging twice a week or more sin...
