My Interests

My heritage is Zimbabwean and Irish, and I live in the Southern outskirts of London in the place I like to call C-Town, otherwise known as Croydon.

I have an unhealthy interest in CAKE, but my conveniently cooperative metabolism has been a good friend to me thus far. I'm extremely fond of CATS , but I would like to get married one day.. so I've limited myself to one cat for now; imaginatively named Tigger.

I love all food, [particularly sweet potato, PLANTAIN, and Starbucks CHEESECAKE], provocative ART, BEAUTIFUL things and places, and wordplay. I love reading anything worthwhile. EGYPT. Beaches/the sea. NEW PLACES. Eastern philosophy. Chess. Intriguing doses of 'crazy'. Orange lillies. BLUE roses. AMBER stones. Giant, soft cookies. FULL MOONS. Staring into night skies. Diversions from the ordinary.

I have a lot of 'weird' experiences with 'weird' people. I hate cameras when pointed in my direction. I have a dark sense of humour, along with cold hands and feet. They seem to go together, maybe it's just me..

I don't pay much attention to fashion because a) writers are poor, and b) I spend too much time with my eyes shut pleasuring my ears, to worry about whether my belt is this season or not. But I do love high, pointy shoes and colourful bags.

I'm just going to return to where I began: WRITING and MUSIC. I like them. Lots.

I'd like to meet:

-Editors, writers, journalists, music press & pr, really good artists, anyone who needs the [paid] services of a writer.

-Those that breathe music

-A passion, for anything

The creatively inclined

-A hairdresser that understands exactly how little I mean by "trim"
