About Me

MyGen Profile Generator There's so much to say and, to be honest, a lot I don't really want to divulge openly for all and sundry to read. However, if you ask me anything, then I'll answer it honestly, so give it a shot! You've got nowt to lose... Although, at the same time, my honesty has got me into trouble of late, so maybe I should re-think that one...!!! Also, I support Chelsea, for my sins. And that's the truth! Lol!
I'm 26 and feel like life is pretty much running away from me at the moment. But, when things are under control, I manage bands for a living and have had a myriad of jobs in the music industry. Music is my life. Always has been. Always will be! I'm a collector of great tattoos too (thanks to good ol' Dickie Clarke - www.tribalife.co.uk) and really should get some photos of my ink up here! In the meantime, just be safe in the knowledge that I've got quite a good bit of coverage, but nowhere near what I want to get!
I live in Brikenhead (near Liverpool), by way of Brighton, Blackpool, and Scotland before that. And hopefully I'll be able to add London onto my list of fixed abodes, in the not so distant future.
Finally, I'm a big raging homo and I like big bearish men! I know my gay history and have so much respect for the people that paved the way for me to be able to live my life the way I can. On the flip side of that, it sickens me that so many young gays in this country have no idea of their heritage. Is it too much to ask that someone has even a basic grasp of their own history? Maybe I'm just hoping for too much...

My Interests

Disco dancin', buying pretty things, girl talk... and Ultra Violence...! ;-)But really, my main loves are music (it's the industry I work in, so I really love it!) and fashion (pretty people in pretty things - you can't ask for more!). So if you have anything interesting to say about either of those things, then drop me a line. A bit of friendly banter is always a good thing!

I'd like to meet:

Interesting people! I have no problem adding total strangers, in fact I love to make new friends, but only if there's at least going to be a stream of conversation developing between us. So, think of something witty and drop me a line! And I know where you are, so don't just stalk... Say something, ANYTHING!

Music:

I'll listen to any band / artist with good songs!
It's too difficult to list ALL the bands / artists I'm into, because there just insn't enough time...! But, as a nice little run-down, I listen to pretty much anything (although the majority of it is hardcore and old school punk), from Murphy's Law, Judge, Gorilla Biscuits, and Bane, to Maximo Park and The Go! Team, through to Kelly Clarkson (1st & 2nd albums only), Atomic Kitten and the Spice Girls (fuck me! I'm going to that tour if it kills me), with a bit of J-Pop thrown in for good measure. So, as I said, I'll listen to pretty much any ol' crap!
I'm currently listening to the new Gallows album CONSTANTLY! It's fucking awesome! Hardcore done with a major label budget - it's like a wet dream for me! Also, in a totally different genre, but just as good, is the new M.I.A album, 'Kala'. It took a couple of listens to get into it, but it's a work of genius!

Movies:

Romper Stomper.
Cinematic GENIUS, if you ask me.
And even though Romper Stomper is like porn, Raging Stallion actually make the best porn...!

Television:

Top Model (boo-yah! Tyra you're a bitch, but we love you for it!) Heroes. Too good for words (and Greg Grunberg is hot)

Books:

Anything by Yukio Mishima - the ultimate author (and part-lunatic obviously).
Everyone should read The Sea of Fertility at some point in their life - true beauty (and loads of death too)

Heroes:

Yukio Mishima, Lou Pearlman, Sharon Osbourne, Simon Napier Bell, Max Martin, Phil Spector, Trevor Horn, Vivienne Westwood, Karl Lagerfeld, Nicholas Ghesquiere, Alber Elbaz, John Galliano
