About Me

Acting is a passion; however, I have dabbled in the voice over and modeling communities, as well. I live in the Los Angeles area but can travel to other places on a last-minute basis. To support my passions, I work for the airlines. I am using this website to network with other people in the entertainment industry. You can also visit my website at www.timothyclampitt.com .

My Interests

I have two cats, Madeline and Samantha, that I adore. The beautiful woman in the "relationship" shots is my friend Jenny. She is also known as "AZ DQ" in my top friends. The "dark hair" pic was provided by Scott AKA "Scooterlicious." The other handsome gentleman in my display of pictures is my wonderful partner Jason.

I'd like to meet:

Dedicated people in the entertainment industry, and/or currently looking for an up and coming gameshow host. I love being surrounded by beautiful people. Right, Elayne?!Since I began dating my wonderful boyfriend Jason who already had lived in the LA Basin, people have often asked me if I had seen any celebrities. That would be a big "YES." Ask me sometime in an e-mail, and I can give you a condensed list. I used to have a blog about celebrity sightings, but time and personal things stepped in the way.

Music:

I love many different kinds of music. It truly depends on what mood I am in at that time. As a kid, I wanted to be Freddy Mercury when I grew up. Although being him now, would not be good. Obviously I am a big Queen fan. For those who know me well, stop snickering! I also enjoy listening to different kinds of older styles of music: Celtic, Bluegrass, Appalachian, African, Opera, and Classical. Any music performed from the soul is truly beautiful. Jason gave me an iPod for Christmas, and I am hooked.

Movies:

I love Alfred Hitchcock. I would list all of my favorite Hitchcock movies, but there aren't that many I don't like. "12 Angry Men" with Henry Fonda is always welcome in my home. "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" was done very well, Big Daddy. I just watched "Waking Ned Devine" again. The soundtrack is amazing. Then there is the sick humor side of me that loves "Office Space" and "South Park: The Movie." I also enjoy the "Star Wars" series. I enjoy "Brokeback Mountain," "Walk the Line," "Crash: 2005", and "Good Night and Good Luck" and understood why they were all nominated for Academy Awards. Congratulations for a well-deserved Oscar to "March of the Penguins." The trailer is phenomenal! I love "Little Miss Sunshine!" "The Golden Compass" is a must-see. Here's a clip from "Hoodwinked." Twitchy the squirrel is absolutely hilarious in the this movie. I remind Jason of Twitchy at times.

Television:

As a kid, I loved and still love game shows. "Deal or No Deal" is a great show. I got a chance to live one of my dreams and became a contestant on "The Price is Right." You can find out on my website what I won, Bob.I was very impressed with the story lines in "Star Trek: Enterprise." They did an excellent job making you have sympathy for the enemy in Season 3? It was the season with the Xindi. My ex had me hooked on "Six Feet Under" and "Sex in the City."The dorky side of me, as if you haven't seen it already, enjoys PBS and loves the Discovery Channel. Did you see "Planet Earth?" HOLY CANNOLI!!!!One series that everyone must see once in their life is "Vicar of Dibley." It's a British series about a woman vicar going to a small village. The vicar is Dawn French from the comedy duo of "French and Saunders." Sorry, I live with a man who is obsessed with British actors and such.I will admit it. I am also hooked on the series "Charmed." Believe it's not because of the acting, aside from the main characters. No, I enjoy the story lines and the actual mysticism they use in their plots. If you are into metaphysics and Wicca, it's a great show to introduce you to such concepts.

Books:

I just finished a few books from Doreen Virtue about angels. I would like to add that I had one of them signed recently by her. Also I bought Steven Farmer's books about animal spirits and shamanism. Next on my list is "Heaven and Earth" from James Van Praagh. I met him too. He is a very funny speaker.

Heroes:

Alan Ludden, Betty White, Meryl Streep, Bob Barker, Dick Clark, Wink Martindale, Bob Eubanks, Gene Rayburn, Elayne Stein, Doreen Virtue
