Formed at the biggining of 2005. This groovy grunge / metal band bring you there own brand of music with a message of peace not hate like this world is generally inclined to! There dedicated to bringin bad ass tunes to planet earth!In 2007 they Sub Headlined on the Discharge stage at the Vale Earth Fair in Guernsey, played the second stage at The Bulldog Bash in warwickshire and played the Rock off festival in the Boston Dome, Tuffnell park, London with the likes of InMe, Breed 77, Devil Sold his Soul, Shaped by Fate, Panic Cell and Johnny Mental. Armitage Skanks are developing a reputation as a must see band this summer! Promoting there debut album Mental Project and rumoured to be in the recording studio recording the first part of a double EP. The only advice we can give you is go see them. You wont be disappointed!!!

Armitage Skanks are 3 guys who love rock music and have no hang ups about trying to be cool - and in turn they ARE cool. Playing rock for fun but with vibrant belief they stoke all the modern styles from grunge through to metal and mainstream. Using tactical lyrics the band manage to touch parts that others can't.
