There are stages at each level of nutrition and fitness. Well I’ve reached a point in nutrition and fitness where I’m ready to take it to the next level. So, with this new challenge for me, that means I’ll be taking this year to prepare for a competition level body. Now I was going to compete but decided a few things in my life will need worked on before I commit to some thing of that caliber. But for now I will be buckling down to focus on bulking up while fine tuning my nutrition knowledge. My average weight is around 180-185lbs. my goal is to hit 200lbs. while getting to and maintaining the single digits for body fat. This gives me around 7-8 months training time (June – December) to bulk. If I decide to compete this gives me 3-4 more months of very clean dieting for a stage level body. With these challenges in front of me, it should make for an interesting year...A part of me people should know... I have high moral values and at times maybe they are set to high for some people to reach. They are not set so high that I believe I am above everyone else, because I am not perfect, far from it! I also believe in respect! I give my respect from the start, it's not just something earned by me... but if you disrespect me, you will lose that respect which was given feely at first and now will have to be earned.Through my life I have been only able to count on only one person, besides my family, who has proven time and time again the true meaning of dependability and commitment. Funny part here, believe it or not, it is my ex-wife... and yes I was married... she has been there for me time and time again which I have yet to find someone that has that same level of commitment and loyalty to their friends! So what does this mean?? I am a huge fan of follow through and dependability! So if you say you're going to do something... DO IT!! If not it will just tarnish my level of respect for you when you don't.I wanted to add something I came across a while back and I now must learn to follow myself... "It takes a lot of energy to catch that one single special butterfly, even then it might be just out of reach never to be caught. The secret is not to chase after the butterfly... it is to take care of the garden so that the butterfly will come to you. In the end, you will find not who you where looking for, but who was looking for you!!"Too win my heart... Honesty and Loyalty are the most fundamental basics for me and they must be in that order!! Also never make me compete between anyone for anyone!! Can't figure this out... I will not argue or say a word... I will just let go and walk away!! OH YAH!! Did I mention Cookies?? Now there is only one kind of cookie I love the most and yet so few know of it!! Get to know me and I just might tell you...
