About Me

Ok...here is the skinny on me. I am a full time student who is also balancing the responsibilities of a full time job. I have recently decided to slow things down a little and take time to smell the roses so to speak. I guess you could say I have become a little confused about my direction in life, and until I figure it out I am going to just enjoy the process.I am recently divorced from my husband who I was with for nine years. Where I thought I was ready to jump back into the game...I am finding that I was wrong. I have come to the conclusion that I need some major ME time first.Other than that I am a pretty old fashioned type of person. I am either really naive or things have seriously changed since the last time I was on the dating circut.Along with everything else I am also working on research on the Death Penalty. Since starting this project I have learned so much about the process and its application. It is a facinating subject...

My Interests

Those who have a sense of humor and can take a joke!!!! Also those who can appreciate my ability to bullshit on any topic and is willing to challange me when they are sure I am wrong...I am always glad to be proven wrong...although I am still waiting :) God I know that is going to get me into trouble...my mail box is going to be full by morning! I look forward to people who can keep me on my toes and can distract me from my, at times, mind numbing work...In relationships I am looking for someone who can COMMUNICATE their feelings in both good and bad times. I HATE bushes...you know the kind people beat around. Talk to me long enough and you will find that I will not let things go unsaid. I would rather deal with situations now and fix the problems rather than letting them boil over into a huge fight.. I also firmly believe that if you bring something up you better be willing to explain it. There is nothing worse than someone saying they had a horrible day and not elaborating on the subject.----------------

Music:

Oh boy...my music preferences have been shaken to the core lately. I am listening to music that I never thought I would, so I am leaving this blank as far as preferences go...Any suggestions for music..I am taking them. I am in a exploration mood at the moment....bring it on...

Movies:

I enjoy scary movies,dramas,comedies, and I am a hopeless romantic.

Television:

I TVO much of what I watch so I can compress it or just delete it if I dont have time, but I have a dirty pleasure for reality TV...and I know it is not really reality...but since I am a psychology major they provide me with endless entertainment...

Books:

When I am not reading boring dull text books I enjoy reading murder mystery. Johnathan Kellerman, James Patterson, and John Sanford are some of my favorites

Heroes:

Anyone who has found true love and is truly, deeply happy and in love....It is so rare these days that it is great to see it when it works.
