Be very careful what you put into your life and body... food, drugs, people...yeah they ALL can be poisionous!!!
When you make mistakes...own them...
forgive yourself and others but don't regret.
Don't EVER regret something that once made you happy... look for the good. Most things END BAD! Duh... otherwise...they wouldn't end! LOL
Just learn from it and remember...at one point...
it was exactly what you wanted! That will give you peace!
Your lesson was god's plan.
Thank him for the wisdom,
And the experience.
Always look for the good... in people, in situations...
in circumstances...because you will find it !!!
If you look for the bad...you'll find that too!
TRUST! It's your choice!
If you think you can...or you think you can't do something...YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!
What your mind can conceive and believe...
it CAN achieve...just believe...Get rid of all that negativity and STINKIN THINKIN!
It's like a cancer and is gonna make you old FAST!Hatred is like a vessel...
It usually does more damage to that which it is stored than to the object on which it was poured!
THINK ABOUT IT!
So just "Don't Worry! Be Happy!"
It really is your choice!If you do worry....just pray..."

Be strong in having a very selective memory!!!Oh Yeah~~ And DON"T DRINK ALCOHOL!!!
