Flameus =New BACKGROUND VIDEO AND TUNES SOON

Flameus wrote hes first proper grime lyrics when he was in 6th form. Then started to practised in local youth clubs and with he's brother devious (Underground fm host and manger of TNG) after feeling more confident he had a try out to join TNG (the next generation) After performing at black horse, kippis , afro centre, mint ,Bar s2 ,Quadrant, ALANTIS.
Flameus then featured on he.s first track with the rest of TNG on DJ Qs sideways riddim. After this tune got play on radio stations around locally and on BBC 1XTRA Flameus was now apart of the biggest younger crew in the midlands. In the winter of 2004 Flameus along side TNG mcs JR,187, ex TNG members Z.O/Macca was on thrusday night grime time show with devious/DJ killa on frontline fm till spring 2005.
First abroad performance was in Spain Mojâcar in a clubs called blue lagoon and Pachas with he's brother devious this was through meet up with terry from E17.
Flameus started of 2005 with a bang performing with the rest of TNG and the bars S2. And then he featured in the Jan 2005 issue of RWD magazine with the rest of TNG. With this been seen all over the country Flameus then appeared on Dj Qs mix show on BBC 1XTRA along side JR, He-man, Macca , Storma.
After a big performance on BBC 1XTRA then went to London to the Urban music festival Flameus won the MC battle competition by crowd vote which was surprising because all the M'C's he battle was from London (check out a clip of this in video section)
In the summer of 2005 Flameus performed at derby carnival and also in stoke under 18s at liquid. And then the biggest TNG performance of the year At Teen Splash where TNG performed as main event after acts Newham Generals (D double E and Footise) where he got to do a P.A of hes hit freestyle of the summer. which was a special for Dj Moky. He then went on holiday to Jamaica to a family reunion where he realise That he would start to take music more seriously.
After these performances Flameus then started to try and move more in the direction of being and artist my writing he's first songs called views of life and New beginning ) this was to show that he was starting to make the next step in becoming an artist.
Coming to the end of the year Flameus was now regularly heard on Underground FM where he featured on the TNG show and also the Dj apostle show and on dirty D and Halley show.
This is where he developed as a radio host on air live to the public as he followed in the footsteps of hes older brother Devious ($ who D) this built up hes confidence to make him pursue hes goals in the new year.
Moving into 2006 flameus started to do more set which they was given out as promo CDs to get hes name around more areas of the country. He was now doing more work in Birmingham where he was really starting to progress first radio show of the year was a TNG guest appearance on Jam radio with TNG members Natty C and Ranger along side Lady L and Casper This helped him to get more known in Birmingham.
Then after this he started to record more tunes to get used to how he sounded on tracks this was at Sam sharps studio in Wolverhampton. He's first performance of the year was at Roth wells wine bar at their first unsigned artist talent show in February. This was he's first show with out the rest of TNG. He was the last to perform with the live band doing a backing of hes track views of life.
After this he discovered MYSPACE and through the response of people around in Europe and Dj flex is website In March he got the opportunity to perform and hes first live stage performance in Denmark at club Fabriken with hes brother Devious. This is where hes dreams and goals started to come true have 3hours Show and getting to meet up with some big Djs in Denmark Flameus was now determined than ever when he came back to the UK.
After coming back from Denmark Flameus was asked to host at Lush under 18s At New York New York in Wolverhampton after this Event Flameus then organised A clash between the winner of the comp LC (full pressure) and Westlee who never got to enter the comp due to being late. This was a real big event which was organised with no trouble then was put on the myspace where people got to vote who the winner was After 2 weeks of voting westlee won by 70% of the votes
In april Flameus now got to host at Wolverhampton's biggest 4x4 garage night Called midlands underground FMs illusions he got to be a host with hes brother for djs such as Dj apostle Dj dirty D dj EJ dj Q dj shawn banger scott and Jamie dougen This was put on a tape pack with was sold around the country.
Also In April TNG was booked for the Black and white dance at Bar S2 where everyone had to wear black and white. This was an event that sold out we got to bring more of are music to a younger crowd because of popular demand he was meant to perform hes version of the Flukes Wifey Riddim with Natty C the dance had to finish early.
With a number of Mix set Cds goinf around the midlands TNG status was grown in demand to come back to stoke for a bigger performance there At a event called Touch biggest under 18s going on in hanley Stoke They invited special guests Design and sleeka from MDK cartel to come To the event it was a big show with the crowd and the success of this event did Mean that a fan base was starting to rise up for the coming of summer time With this none plans of a Mix CD was going ahead but due to complications. But this did not stop flameus from pursuing hes own goals.
In the start of the summer in June flameus then was then involved in the BASS music Festival by being in a performance piece mixed with theatre Called What is Grime? this was directed with innovative influence of Charlie Dark from DE-CYPHE At this performance he did a piece with fellow TNG member Truly Blessed and also a piece with Natty C and Devious. At this event there was a lot of midlands artist from Birmingham Crews And it was hosted my BBC 1xtras (Ras Kwame) alongside South Agents (Doctor) And Roll Deeps (Flow Dan) and the DJ for the event was Aftershocks Big Mikee. This event feats artist like Vader, Lady L, LZ, RD and GT, to name a few. This took place at the Birmingham REP Theatre.
After this event we had a after party event called Live it was a after event that was set up by Punch Records and BBC 1xtra this is where all the artist along side the London artist got to perform are tracks with a live band. Where I performed a few tracks with Natty C. In July Flameus with the rest of TNG members ICE KID NATTY DJ RAYZA DEVIOUS RANGA feature on a DVD called Midlands Roadside Which was a showcase of midlands talent from the streets produced by LC Check out the TNG interview on this DVD.
In August Flameus then was asked to feature on a track that was against youth crimes this track was organised by up coming London artist called Cosmic. Cosmic is trying to make a difference by spreading positive message to the youth in he's music. Flameus was asked to feature on the track called Life were living which was decided to one of cosmic friends that died through response of the track and media local papers and radio stations they organised a video shoot And now the video is on channel U.
After this flameus took a shoot break on performances through the summer and then focused on song writing and recording he was thinking of bring out an E.P but then decided he would wait till next this year to bring out a Mix CD How ever he then got a call from Sypher From MD7 to perform at the EA (Electronic Arts) MC competition where he performed 2 tracks with Truly blessed and Natty C it was a good experience for him to have chance to perfom with some of midlands best Hip hop acts.
