Nickesha Sanders was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and now makes her home in the historical third ward neighborhood of Houston, Texas.Ms. Sanders’ many travels to and studies of other countries have reinforced, what she learned in her great-grandmothers kitchen…that there is an undeniable relationship between folk-remedies and ancient healing.Ms. Sanders’ studies of African-American history introduced her to the world of holistic healing. As an advocate of Holistic Health she offers insight into manifesting physical health, emotional and spiritual well-being.
