There are not too many singers who can celebrate their 20th birthday by performing onstage as the opening act for pop diva's Christina Aguilera and Destiny's Child. But, Christian Davis is always full of surprises. Christian began performing at age three, and always knew that music was to be his career. At 18 Christian signed to Babylon records and felt that he was well on his way. His good looks and charming personality put him on the covers of countless teen magazines including Poster, 16, and Teen Celebrity. The almost instant fame led to appearances ranging from Miss Teen USA to Radio Disney Concerts.Christian has lent his name and talents to fundraising events for children such as the "Save the Children" foundation - where he played before celebrities including Miramax chief Harvey Weinstein, rocker John Mellencamp, supermodels Vendela and Elaine Irwin and many more.He got his first big break with the release of his debut single "Safe in the Arms of Love" and followed it up with the sensitive ballad "Angel". Both of the singles were taken from Christian's (never to be released) first solo CD "Aiming for the Heart".The excitement and buzz created by his first two singles led to the biggest opportunity of his career when he was invited to open the show for the Christina Aguilera / Destinys Child 2000 summer tour (the biggest tour of the year)."All my life I have look forward to the opportunity of performing for large audiences and let them hear my music. These concert dates will give me that opportunity and hopefully gaining some new fans along the way," says Christian. At the end of the tour, leaving Babylon Records (due to loss of distribution), Christian moved to Los Angeles to go back into the recording studio. This time was different, He was going to work on a new album all his own.During this process Christian met (the "Soul Man" himself) DJ Jazzy Jeff and the two hit it off from the start. Christian was invited by Jeff to go to Philadelphia and continue finishing the record at his studios (Touch of Jazz).After a total of 5 months at TOJ, Christian left Philly to return to Los Angeles. With a finished product which includes collaborations ranging from Boys 2 Men, Brian Austin Green, Various TOJ recording artists, and more.Christian is currently working on Movie soundtracks, writing music for Television (such as MTV & FOX) with partner Graham Ward , and helping to cultivate artists. All the while still looking for someone to see the gold mine in him as a star. Christian says that Justin can have sexy, He's bringing sex back.
