About Me

I've been collecting and wearing hats for 30+ years now - yes, that's longer than I've been wearing chainmail! Some people don't know what I look like without one on! Because I'm Italian, sometime ago, a friend of mine called me "The Hat" - the name stuck and Tony "The Hat" was born.
If I haven't lived it, I've seen it or heard about it. It's THAT hard to surprise me. I've been in a wheelchair since 1999 because I have Beckers MD... but it doesn't have me! My motto: Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you deal with it.
I believe in Truth, Justice and the American Way! I am a proud Navy vet. For over 23 years, I've worked with all branches of our military. They are some of the most professional and dedicated individuals you will ever have the honor of knowing. I support them all in their every endeavor. Never forget that is because of their efforts, that we are allowed our freedoms.
My values are deeply rooted within the Knight's Code with a strong belief that chivalry is not dead.
I honor the Knight's Code:
A Knight is Sworn to Valor,
His Heart knows only Virtue.
His Blade defends the Helpless.
His Word speaks only Truth.
His Shield shelters the Forsaken.
His Courage gives Hope to the Despairing.
His Wrath undoes the Wicked.
His Image brings Peace.
His Code breaks the Darkness.
His Legend brings Light!
Thus, I Pledge my Sword to Thee.
My score on The Cowboy-Ninja-Pirate-Knight Test :
a Knight Captain
(You scored 10 Honor, 7 Justice, 4 Adventure, and 2 Individuality!)
Some knights follow the orders given them. Some know when to improvise. The second sort are the ones that grow to power, to become leaders and Knight Captains. Your sense of duty, honor and justice speaks that your name should be amongst their ranks.Get your squire, your banner, your armor and your sword. You're gonna do just fine!

My Interests

My Family, my Faith, my Music, and anything Medieval.

www.hostdrjack.com

I'd like to meet:

My ultimate dinner party would consist of: My grandfather "The Boss" (view my pics and you'll see the greatest man to walk this planet in my lifetime), King Arthur, Leonardo Da Vinci, Joan of Arc, Ronald Reagan, Sam Kinison, my father, and Heather Locklear.

Music:

As a player myself, I will always hold a soft spot in my heart for sax musicians. I prefer Classic Rock (Rush, Heart, Boston, Meatloaf, Stevie Nicks, etc)... it just never goes out of style. Since I started DJing, some 12 years ago, I have broadened my scope and listen to almost anything. One of my favorite songs is "The Quest - Impossible Dream" from the play/movie Man From La Mancha. Lyric-wise, there is nothing better. Then there's Martina McBride and Celine Dion. Talk about voices of angels... I could listen to either of them read the phone book!

What Song Will They Play At Your Funeral?

We Are The Champions by Queen

You're real. You're you. You probably played sports in High School or most of your life, and you will carry that legacy. You may have gone into the military. Died in combat. Fighting for your country. Or you died of old age, in bed, alone, after a life-long relationship ended with your spouse's death. You probably do not remarry. You would be a working, but there for the game dad. You see things through to the end. You take your punches, and get on with it. Whatever you do, you do completely. No half way measures. No one will have to make up lies in the eulogy. You're a champion.

Here are some of my favorites from my video collection:

..

Television:

I'm a channel surfer. I'll catch some of the reality stuff, Amazing Race is by far the best. Deal or No Deal is pretty cool, I'm pretty sure Jill Manas (#12) wants me - LOL!

Football season has begun...

Other than that, I might surf the channels awhile and wind up on History Channel, Court TV or Food Network for some background noise.

Books:

Villains By Necessity, The Odyssey - any well written medieval fantasy or epic novel is right up my alley.

When it comes to video games... nothing compares to the Final Fantasy Series!

Heroes:

He-Man

and Wonder Woman!
