What are we?
A youth volunteer-run, collectively owned, not-for-profit, fair trade cafe.
Started in November 2005 by local youth who wanted to make a difference, we decided to offer a community space - one that could be used as a positive space, a hang out, a venue for all ages shows, a place to find alternative literature to buy or borrow, a show case for local and independent art and music...all while promoting social justice and positive change in our community!
Where are we?
In the basement of the Charlotte Street Arts Center, 732 Charlotte St, Fredericton, NB.
What are our hours?
Monday to Thursday - 9 am to 9 pm
Friday and Saturday - 10 am to 11 pm
Sunday - Noon to 5 pm

GENERAL INFO ABOUT EVENTS
Generally, free events on Tuesdays. Shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Any other night - who knows!
All of our events are all ages. On weeknights, (Monday to Thursday) the absolute latest they will go is 9 pm, so you can count on a start time of 7 pm, give or take a little while.
On Fridays and Saturdays they will end no later than 11 pm, so the start time might be a little later than 7 pm.
We're starting Sunday afternoon shows! Since we close at 5 pm, the shows will start at 2 pm, so that we can close on time.
To keep events accessible to everyone we try our hardest to make sure that if there is a cover charge, it is $5 or under.
We also try to host fun, FREE events at least once a week. This will usually be on Tuesday nights...so any Tuesday you are bored, you can count on something fun happening here!
