About Me

A vague answer to a general question...born in Rio some time ago. Dad is a writer/film director extraordinaire...Mom is a very good painter (she doesn't believe so...)...This is to be about me, but without them, there would be no Me...Moved all over South America (actually only to Asuncion, Py), but since it was back and forth, and so on, it felt like I could have covered more ground.I have been involved in movies/documentaries/commercials...since I was five, that is when I debuted on the big screen in a documentary, and the feeling was one I keep trying to mimic since then...I guess I fell in love with a bigger image of myself, and yes, that does qualify me as a "narcisist"...never fell on the water, not yet at least. Since then I have been working as a producer/continuity "person", model, actor...and directing (all the voices in my head), and others.Attended Law School before moving to the States, and in a way was very didactic since you had to learn to persuade, isn't that what acting is?I took some time off from the whole movie thing to pursue a PoliSci/Philosophy major and a History/Art History minor...but my passion and addiction is "human emotion". There is nothing like watching it unravel just before your eyes.Last year after "O Amigo Dunor", a movie that took over ten years to be finished... was picked up at the Rotterdam Film Festival for the Tiger Awards, (which was produced by my father and myself)...I decided to come back to acting/producing...what can I say about me...I am addicted to human emotion and the capability of editing the parts that do not convey our message. Cheers to all. Almudena.layout I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
