GAS TO ASH BABY!

About Me

After 7 some odd years, we as a band have reached the day when it's time to put AJOR to rest. Back in 2000, I guess, I sat in my apartment with a guitar and half a case of beer and set about working on some tunes in the hopes of starting a band that just brought across some heavy rock n roll. Just rock n roll for the sake of rock n roll. As the band progressed, every member consistantly added things to every aspect and it became something that I personally have been very proud of. I am very grateful and thankful for all the time and hard efforts that each guy put in to this band and there is no way that it would have become something so good without all of us. What started out as a clever idea, turned into one hell of a band, ya? Thanks for all the good stuff we've been through.
If you deserved to be thanked in any way, consider yourself so.
Wind to your back my friends,
Sean
This page will remain for all of us and we can be contacted here. We have recorded some very cool stuff and should be updating the songs on this page from time to time. Hope you dig 'em.
A heavy rock band out of Dallas TX with a love of ALL things rock and way of throwing what they love together to make some rock and roll. Combine the elements of straight up rock, metal, southern rock, stoner rock, rock and roll man, and so on you will find A Jury of Robots. Its all about the rock brotha's and sisters, Sean C. Field - vocals/guitars, JD Sims - guitars, Joe Manalisay - guitars, Thomas Driver - bass and Mikkee - drums just five guys laying it down TX style. Each member brings an open mind to the music they play and a desire to only put out the truest music they feel suits them. The sole concern is to get out and let it go, give em what they want man! Having played in various sucessful projects in the past together and separately, they are together now to make the Robots that next success. The Robots completed a 7 song demo entitled subsonicgodlikedevils and contiuned picking up great shows and playing with great bands as the fan base increased. Recording on the next full length CD has begun at Silence Human Records in Hurst TX and looks to be a big step up in all areas for the band. Shows are now being booked throughout D/FW as well as Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and beyond.Big riff and big hooks, volume, energy and some heavy rock people, Perhaps it is time for the categories to combine or disappear or be ignored completely. A Jury of Robots wishes to be a part of no-ones categories, only to play, record and bring it to the people.
