Local Bands: Mojque, E80, Kwik Buddha, Necrogasm, Neverset, Diesel, Lame, Lockjaw, System Overload, Black Dog, Microton, Fray, Honchie, Toadies (sniff), Zenabi, Grain, Scum Scunge, With these Words...(best female singer). Mainstream: metal metal metal. The Mighty Met - a - li - ca! (the older, the better) 70-80's: black sabbath, iron maiden, judas priest, acdc, ted nugent, godsmack, disturbed (first thing in the morning!) anthrax, megadeath...love Papa Roach...wanting to hear more hatebreed and chevelle..angry music hits home...don't know why... How could I not say Pantera? I have this fairly newly released black sabbath greatest hits double vol. cd. I am so amazed by these guys from another country who have had a world-wide atomic blast impact on todays metal. In my opinion Sabbath was the origin of metal. You can just hear the Sabbath in Pantera so easy. Can anyone else hear it? ........... alternative: linkin park, the offspring, hoobastank, Sublime, fighters of the foo, greenday, pumpkins, candlebox, yes I admit I like good charlotte, What's up with reggae? Sublime was so beautiful. Some other stuff too like Selena e Los Dinos, Sade, Eminem, fugees, 80's hair bands...big opera fan, but it's more for the cultural and theatrical value than the tunes.

..Currently, I am on a Dean Koontz trip. Ever-fond of "Tales & Poems" by Edgar Allan Poe. Written around 1837!!! "The Master of Ballantrae" by Robert Louis Stevenson has some really good pirate stuff. Stephen King (plus pseudonyms and collectives), Sidney Sheldon and most of V.C. Andrews. "The Red Tent" by Anita Diamant really stood out. Also a big fan of Newbery Award literature. Easyrider magazine. Comic books definately rock. Right Stan?......
