About Me

Pro Rehearsal is two 20,000 Sq foot facilities providing rehearsal rooms for local and national acts. Our rooms range in size from 100 sq ft - 1700 sq ft. Musicians have 24-hour access to the buildings and to their rooms. The properties are secured by access controlled exterior doors, monitored by cameras 24/7, and patrolled by armed security guards nightly. Pro Rehearsal provides a comfortably environment for musicians to develop their craft. Pro Rehearsal also provides and extensive network of bands in many genres to team up with and swap shows. Pro Rehearsal Houses over 90 local Dallas acts.

Band Members: Pro Rehearsal is owned and operated by me Jeremy Mercer. I took over ownership in July of 2004 and have made many renovations to the building including rmodeled rooms, remodeld common areas, snacks and vending-to name a few. Jeremy is trained in all aspects of the bussiness as a gigging musician, and a commercial property manager. Keeping the tenants satisfied is my number one prioriety.

Recording Studio

Pro Rehearsal is currently building an in house recording studio. Construction should be complete in the next 6-8 weeks.
