I can see a brand new day!

About Me

Take an ordinary housewife and mum-of-three from leafy outer London suburbia, throw into the mix plenty of retro-grooves, and funky eclecticism, some ambitious vocal talent, add plenty of soul and God's generous anointing and you have the powerful artistry and ministry of singer-songwriter, producer, teacher and worship leader, Lisa Mayers. Until her conversion ten years ago, she says she found it impossible to write her own music but the floodgates opened when she surrendered her life to the Lord Jesus Christ. Now she uses her unique gift to spread the fragrance of the knowledge of Christ to every place He leads, from the church, to the streets and the clubs. In recent years, Lisa's been quietly making waves on the UK gospel circuit, releasing her debut single Feels so Good/We'll Overcome in 2006, amidst favourable reviews and regular local and national airplay. Now her ministry is also being welcomed worldwide by both Christian and mainstream radio and club Djs alike. She is currently working on her debut album Fix Your Mind which is now slated for release at the beginning of 2008, but she may have some surprises up her sleeve for the punters in the meantime...LifeLine (Emancipation Mix) is available for download onFeels So Good/We'll Overcome the double A-Side maxi-single is also available here!Buy the CDJoin the mailing list!Check out her latest vibes at one of Lisa's upcoming gigs!
