I have been involved in the music business since the 1950's. I have managed and/or produced some of the top names in Country Music, including Johnny Paycheck, Wynn Stewart, Bobby Helms, George Jones, Johnny Lee, and Leon Everett, just to name a few. I have produced many country & gospel albums including Bobby Helm's "Jingle Bell Rock" Christmas album which has sold over seven million copies to date.
I am also an avid songwriter whose songs have have been recorded by Wynn Stewart, Johnny Paycheck, Bobby Helms, and many more.
I have not only been involved in the producing and managing end of the business, but also the recording side. In the 1980's I owned Fireside Studio's in Nashville, TN. I was also Head of A&R for Complete/Polygram Records in Nashville. I was CEO of Ciber International, and went on to own record labels-Pretty World Records and CBR Records, which I still have.
