All You Gotta Do Is Get Involved!!

About Me

Isle Of Wight based Indie/pop/rock outfit Cozy Flashbak formed in 2004 when Liam and Mike decided to join their solo sets together to form an acoustic two piece putting Liam’s prolific song writing to full use. Their differing vocals created a unique dynamic; Liams soft yet husky vocals and Mikes power and range formed the basis of Cozy Flashbak. After two years and many gigs together they had a strong fan base and a great selection of original songs. The duo played the Isle of Wight Festival 2006 with great reviews from record company judges.
The full five piece band began to take shape in August 2006 when lead guitarist Chris left his current band due to a clash of musical taste and direction. In Cozy he found a similar love and influence of the same music and found a place where his eclectic style of playing could shine.
Drummer Damo joined soon after Chris when his band at the time went their separate ways leaving the path clear for him to join long-term friend Chris in Cozy Flashbak.
Late June 2007 then saw the arrival of new bass player Stuart Burch, burchy is a good friend of the band and he was the perfect man for the bass playing role. A bit of a character, burch loves to groove and provide a solid backing for the band.
Since August 2006 Cozy Flashbak have been gigging local bars and clubs on the Island circuit, Portsmouth and Southampton as well as gigs in London's Covent Garden, Camden and soho where the band has been received very well by their audiences and critics as well as the loyal Flashbak fans who have supported the band since the very start back in 2004.
