The Moon...
ART (Monsieur Monet, oh I idolize him!), in every possible way or expression.
Art. Which kind...? I don't lie if I say ALL, since the first pictures drawn in caves 15.000 years ago to the ultimate expresions. I love Classical Art (Egyptian, Mesopotamic, Greek and Roman), I enjoy the Romanic, Gothic, Renaissance, Neo-classical and Baroque art.... but If there's something able to keep me in another world for hours is the Impressionism. I love Renoir, but Monet is my "god", and this "Beneath the Lilacs" is my favorite painting ever. Then we have Dali, the Mistery Man; his paintings are fascinating. It's like being inside a dream or something, you know... There's truth but no logic. Just like life itself :D..... Then there's this Edvard Munch's "The Scream" (also "The Cry"), one of the most amazing paintings I have ever seen... it touches my very heart, I swear it...Besides Art, I'm actually very deep into Literature. Belly dancing is another of my hobbies. Quantic physic intrigues me, order within chaos sounds like music to my ears. Politeist religions are one of my favorite subjects to study.... I can read and translate old Egyptian Hieroglyphs, though must admit some Shakespeare's poems are more difficult for me to translate than the Rosetta Stone itself :( ... Travelling all over the world is one of those "goals to achieve soon". And to close.... well, I adore red roses, white chocolate, sushi and champagne.... lotus is my favorite smell, dusk my "moment of the day" and I simply couldn't live far away from the Sea - though I just like going to the beach at night. My favorite landscape is a snowed forest surrounded by high mountains, I believe in fairies (said "fairies", no "tales") and I hate dealing with numbers (I swear they give me headache, and those who really know me can tell it's truth.. hehe). Could say I'm interested in Witchcraft, but since it's a gift I didn't choose, I just accept it like something normal. I hate Magic in theory, since It only works in practice. I admire Aleister Crowley and his "Do what Thou Wilt shall be the whole of the Law", but I admire even more those who are able to understand the meaning. Demons and angels, dark or light creatures have no interest for me since their actions are too easy to predict, but walking the edge between Light and Shadow is a temptation I cannot resist...
Ahhhh yes yes, ok, sorry I forgot... not really an "interest" but yes, wanted to mention here Mr. Ozzy Osbourne ("... El castillo esta en la noche, y la noche es oscura...") just for showing me - okay, once upon a (loooong) time - there's not only black and white but also RED in the other side of the mirror... ;) ... Huh fine, nevermind, I know what I mean :p ...... Erm.... more?? Fine! Then a secret... one of the things that amazes me the most since I was a lil child are MONKEYS, sooo smart they are...! :p Whoa I just can't help it!Ok, now I see I wrote too much! So like King Diamond's Grandma would suggest... "I think it's time for a cup of tea...!" :p
My everlasting lover... my beloved, my immortal fallen angel, ~Gonzalo~ ... who I shall always remember. May he wait for me wherever he is, until we can be reunited again - und fur immer... Rest in peace upon the Sands of Time.
....Then of course my true friends (uhm hasn't it been said, "myspace is a place for friends...? :p ). Proud I am specially about my Magical Family, Mother and Brothers in Spirit, and all those from the Old Golden Age, my dear Timeless Ones... you know who you are :) All my pagan friends, and especially THOSE WHO FIGHT TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE... Of course my "new" friends who have showed me Friendship MATTERS... Honestly I dont feel like adding more people or meeting new ones.... fine, except a few bands I actually ENJOY. Okay, guess I've become actually selective lately, can't you tell??? ;) ------ oh well and btw, let's dream and say King Ramesses the Great would be cool too.... ehhh actually awesome. Gah not my fault! Guess I can resist everything.... everything except brave and smart people... OKAY, Cradle of Filth too! :p
/Hatshepsut - lest We forget the past...
My beloved Senmut... forever.
Ahhotep, The Liberty Queen...
The Scorpion King, for becoming a legend amongst mortal men
......... Then that woman, Tbubui, who makes Cleopatra look just like a simple novice........... Sekhmet, She Who Is Powerful, Goddess in my Heart since forever and who I am devoted to.
Oh fine, Imhotep too!

.... "somehow, somewhere... sometime"....
METAL in most of its manifestations :O ...Black, gothic and epic fit me the most, though I still keep the classical "old gods" in my heart :p . So start with the old Metallica ("Kill 'em All" / "Ride the Lightning" for instance.... though MASTER OF PUPPETS is my favorite album ever, and that solo guitar in "Master of Puppets" (the song) still touches my soul beyond words... and no, I'm not actually a "sensitive" person, so guess that's why it amazes me the most). So tribute to them from here, and may Cliff Burton rest in peace...
Now have I already said I adore CoF...? ;)
..... Then Ozzy Osbourne (impossible to name just one, guess Diary of a Madman and Blizzard of Ozz... besides Bark at the Moon - yeah the "unveiled" RED stuff I talked about before and all), let's say kind of... erm, special to me)... Mercyful Fate and King Diamond (I enjoy all this killer drama about grandmas and mummifieds Abigails, but the purity of "Melissa" or "Don't break the Oath" seduce me to death :) . Then get into the dark poetry realm of Cradle of Filth ("Dusk And Her Embrace" I guess my favorite album ever, though it is actually hard to pick just one... I just love them all...)~
... and to the electrifying voice of Type O's Peter Steele ("Bloody Kisses", always). So here we go with my particular drug............ SECRECY ("Art in Motion" - wew, "The Fear to Feel" still makes me cry... , "Raging Romance"), My Dying Bride ("A kiss to Remember" sends chills to my spine), Paradise Lost (Draconian Times), Dead Can Dance, Sonata Arctica, Dimmu Borgir, Tiamat, The Gathering ("Leaves".....), Rhapsody, Stream of Passion ("Out in the Real World", "Calliopeia"), Therion, Bloody 6, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Bay, Moonspell, TENEbRAE, Within Temptation... old Gary Moore is cool too ("Wild Frontier" makes me feel like a soldier), and same goes for Whitesnake: those "Crying in the rain" and "Bad boys" were actually awesome), and Iron Maiden I guess ("Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner" still makes me dream of haunted ships). Have to mention Depeche Mode too (ahhh, how I "Enjoyed the Silence"...!) and also Heroes del Silencio ("Heroe de Leyenda" 4ever...) Then Classical music makes me get in a sweet trance.... Beethoven, Mozart, Liszt, Albinoni, Wagner, Bach, Schubert, Berlioz, Strauss, Paganini, Verdi... and yes, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata is my favorite piece ever. Well, hand to hand with Albinoni's Adagio! Though Metal and Classical are my "music" per excellence, I can appreciate a good voice in spite of whatever is the "style". I mean, I have no problem in saying I admire Belinda Carlisle's voice, and same with Enya or Rufus Wainwrigt (that "Hallelujah" is GREAT). Add to this.... oriental music (yeah I could be belly dancing for hours, man!), celtic and specially traditional Irish songs (I'm in love with "I'll Take You Home Again, Kathleen". Curiously, starting to sing that song is the sign who shows I'm getting more than just a little tipsy, which means time to change champagne for water!). Dancing a good reel is one of the coolest things in the world - specially while you hold a huge glass of black beer in your hand ;). So in the end, paradise for me could be "Going to an Irish Party in third class" tonight... (lol. I guess "Titanic" impressed me too much) :p ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oh and btw... HAVE I ALREADY SAID I LOVE CoF??? :p
Well sure I'm forgetting a lot of bands, but for now, is all I can remember. And hell, I need another break...
... clear enough? Well ok, "The Crow" (and just "The Crow", not any stupid sequel) is my favorite movie... due to a lot of reasons which btw I don't think should be explained here. "Gone with the Wind" and "Casablanca" move me inside (most of my fantasies start at the "Rick's Cafe", lol). "Rebecca" is also special for some reason, and I really enjoyed "Charade" and "The African Queen". Then "Titanic" because of... well trust me, again I have my own reasons. "Dracula" is kind of artistic, though Winona Ryder makes me tend to fall asleep *yawns*), "Interview with the Vampire" & "Queen of the Damned" remind me of the sweet old times of bloody.... ehhhh, "mary" ;) I love Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Humphrey Bogart, Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable. I think Mel Gibson is an interesting one too, I liked "Signs" and I must say, was impressed by "The Passion of the Christ". So guess I can say "The Patriot" is, btw, one of the GREATEST movies ever... heh yeah, in the end I think Mel Gibson is my favorite actor ever :p... "The Exorcist" is a good one, the old "The Omen" too. "Matrix" intrigued me (well just for a while, since I only watched the first), "Rosemary's Baby" is a great work and yes, I actually enjoyed "The Lord of the Rings". Then Mulan and The Little Mermaid , yes! Same for "the Princess Bride" (as you wish...), "The Goonies" (oooh pirates) and "The Never Ending Story" ("Never give up, and good luck will always find you")... And then RUNAWAY BRIDE, just because... well, guess could tell it's the story of my life *shudders*. Oh well... And don't forget about "Thumbelina", one of my favorite fairy tales... *siiiiighs again*...Honestly I'm not very much into films, because at some point I usually get bored and start to think about doing other things instead :p
Uhm. No TV, usually. OK, though I used to be haunted by "Charmed". Maybe because I can freeze people with a look, make them fly and crash against a wall just moving one hand and, sometimes, have "visions" about the future just touching someone.... Now just working on being in two places at the same time. But I guess "Ghost Whisperer" is my true drug anyway... "can you see them"? ;)
