WELCOME HOME!!

About Me

aI am an ultra liberal genuine hippie living in the Midwest on a farm. I am intelligent, well educated and no doubt a threat to the status quo. LOL!!I am an experienced Tarot reader and have been reading for over 25 years now. I find the Tarot is a great spiritual tool. I am not religious, but very spiritual following a path of my own choosing with no labels attached. I have read philosophy of all kinds and am fond of Gandhi, the Tao, and Albert Einstein among others.I love to dance and sing. I am an avid gardener, herbs, veggies and flowers.smoke ganja as I believe it is the most healing herb.... I chant, meditate, practice yoga, and make prayer beads. I long for the earth to become whole and healthy again, for war to end, for love to prevail.any questions just ask... .. I appreciate sunrises, sunsets, the whole creation and its mysteries.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with similar interests. In the small town near where I live there are absolutely no like-minded individuals..I find myself to be an anachronism in today's world where peace, love and happiness no longer seem important.

Music:

My greatest love in music are the songs of Robert Nesta Marley, JAH LIVE!!I find that this music best expresses the way I really feel. I believe that Bob is a prophet and his concept of ONE LOVE is the best philosophy I know. For many yearsI followed the Grateful Dead on tour and they remain a favorite as well.I am well versed in classic rock, folk music, and the blues, greatly appreciate Bluegrass and once even wen to Telluride to see some of the greates bluegrass artists.Oh, and I almost forgot Van Morrison... my teacher, my soulmate.. Van the Man. He is the greatest!! .. width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" .. .. width="425" height="350" ..

Movies:

Colbert interviews Deepak Chopra

Stephen Colbert interviews Deepak Chopra My favorite movies include but are not limited to: Gandhi, Harold and Maude, What the bleep??, all the Star Trek Next Generation, and all of Johnny Depp's movies as well."Grass", the movie narrated by Woody Harrelson is another great one, and "Steal that Movie", which chronicles the life of Abbie Hoffman.

Television:

Aarghh.. I don't watch television.. hate the commercials. But, I do own ALL of the STNG series and watch it a lot!!

Books:

The Tarot is my favorite and most read book! Now it would take far too long to really figure out which books rank next as I have been reading all my life.I have tasted and enjoyed every genre, and the only thing which doesn't hold my attention are short stories.Give me a good book and leave me alone, I'll be fine.

Heroes:

Baba Ram Dass - After living with Timothy Leary and eating all that great LSD, this man has found such great truths that I continue to admire him.Gandhi - A unique human being, there will never be another so great.Bob Marley - a prophet, a rebel, a uniter, and a damn fine looking man!!Mother Teresa - the most selfless human I can imagine.Emma Goldman - anarchist, feminist, rebel..
