About Me

Melvin Brewster is in Arrays is the brain child of Robert Lester. The music is made in damp (and not-so-damp) basements, in bedrooms in tiny high-rise apartments with uncomfortably close neighbors, and sometimes outside. Nothing is too unconventional. The ends justify the means. *Insert cliche phrase here*. *Insert cynical comment meant to show that I do not really take myself that seriously, but that only really reveals how much your opinion matters to me*. *Keep writing self-reflexive little notes that draw attention to the fact that I have nothing of substance to say here*. He uses a plethora of collected instruments, from synths, to dulcimers, to pedal steel guitars, to upright basses, coupled with a computer, and a few mics.
