Sarah Morris is a singer-songwriter who somewhat recently moved back to her homestate of Minnesota, after living in Nashville, TN for 4 fantastic years. She is classically trained, but tries her very best to apply that technique to singing her favorite kind of songs: old school country and jazz, folk, and Britney Spears. She plays the guitar, but is at her best behind the microphone, especially if she is singing harmony. Currently she is performing around the Twin Cities with her husband, Aleksi Medved and/or the excellent Eric Blomquist accompanying her on the Guitar...Sarah spent a few weeks in the studio this summer putting together a little acoustic-y 5-song CD or EP or whatever you call it, which is available right now! Woo Hoo! Now that she lives in St. Paul she is always looking for new musical venues and collaborations. She still refuses to play the tambourine in public however...
