Good day to you, one and all. I thought it was jolly well about time I sorted out an update to my Myspace profile, as A)It's not been updated for about a yearand B) Loads of stuff has happened.So anyways, here goes. I'm 27 (Yes, that's right REALLY OLD). I live in London, in the Docklands. It's a lovely place, as you can see from the pic from the bridge in my pics. I travel to most places on the DLR from here, which is brilliant, as it's very close to my house, and there's no driver, which is exciting to a person with a low mental age such as myself.I am into lots of wide ranging Rock, Metal and Dance music, but am open to all things.I've recently split with a long term girlfriend, which is something of a relief for me, in that we weren't getting on, and it was making me very sad to cause her and myself pain due to constant arguing, etc, because she is a good person.Anyways, I've lived in the city for about a year now, and still don't know nearly enough people, so feel free to say hello, I'm not (that) shy!

My Interests

I used to be a screamer in a couple of bands, DesolatioN, still going strong as, I believe, the mightiest force in British extreme metal at the moment, and Ruins of Amber, who ain'tOther than that I like drinking (surprise - I'm english), football (City til I die), music of all kinds apart from hip hop/RnB, and movies, particularly those from South Korea at the mo. Park Chan-Wook if the man!!!I've also developed something of a fascination with the gym of late, despite always believe ing that this would nbever occupy any of my time! I have been swimming half a mile a day before work, and working out at the weekend... all in the interests of putting on some god damn weight!

I'd like to meet:

I like people quite a lot, and love to chat. Also, I've been living in Docklands, East London, since the end of Jan and have made far less friends than I'd have liked to.So anyone really - talk to me! Especially of you're in or around London! :o)

Music:

I'm kinda diverse here, but basically come from two directions, Rock and Electronica...Fave bands at the moment are:Moments in Grace, Evereve, The Crystal Method (as always - chers Stefan), Sentenced, Atreyu, Katatonia, Covenant and I could go on... but I won't! :oD

Movies:

All of Park Chan Wook's work at the moment, Old Boy, Sympathy for Mr Vengeance & Lady VengeanceSaw Ong Bak the other day which was cool. Also still love the Gladiator movie, and despite it not being trendy anymore, thoroughly enjoyed the LoTR trilogy, and ever shall.Also like my superheroes.. Spiderman, X-Men... ah my misspent youth.. *sigh*

Television:

I don't watch TV.In fact - I hate it. Sorry folks!The exception here is football, esp the world cup - come on england!

Books:

The Historian - Elizabeth Kostova, The Shadow of the Wind - Carlos Ruis Zafon, The Last Templar - Raymond KhouryAll just too good for words!

Heroes:

Don't subscribe to heroism... people I admire, for sure, but no heroes per se!..
