The poetic emcee/producer is a long time hip-hop head gathering influences from members of Hieroglyhpics, A Tribe Called Quest, MF Doom, DJ Premier, Nas, The Roots, and countless other artists who have made an impact on the underground hip-hop movement. MisterE dwells in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada which is where he grew up and learned the craft he now obsesses over. Growing up playing the drums and writing poetry, the birth of MisterEyerus as a rap artist occurred at the age of thirteen when these two skills were put together. The love for words and rhythm made hip-hop music an inevitable step for the Eyerus. After gaining comfort on the mic while fronting funk/rock band "The Hues", MisterE set his mind on a solo project once the group disbanded. Experience and appreciation for various genres of music have sculpted the sound that is MisterEyerus.
