I am a singer, so I try to listen to everything to support what ever genre I am singing in. I sing Gospel, Opera, Country, Pop, Show Tunes. I try to be versatile in everything. I gew up in the 70's and 80's so I like the 60's easy listening and beach music, 70's Southern Rock, 80's pop music.
My favorite groups are: Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine,Huey Lewis and the News, Abba, Village People, Captain & Tennille (she and I share a birthday), just to name a few.A few more I like is: Rockapella, Ball in the House, Il Divo, Opera Babes, Bond, Ricky Martin, Christina Aguillera, Heart, Jimmy Buffett, Five by Design, Manhattan Transfer, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Cherry Poppin Daddies.
I have over 350 DVD movies and over 200 VHS movies. I love movies. Dirty Dancing and Last of the Dogmen are my two favorite films but I watch all genres of films.
I watch a lot of TV, I'm addicted. All kinds of shows.
Of course some of the old ones get my attention too, QUANTUM LEAP, THE NANNY, WONDER WOMAN (Lynda Carter).
Honestly not much of a book reader, rather read scripts & monologues. But Bible has to be number 1. Enter Whinning and Cancer Schmancer by Fran Drescher. Autobiographies and cutural histories especially American Colonial, American Indian, Egyptian and Greek histories.
First and foremost....Jesus Christ! Our Armed Forces, Pesident George W. Bush, Cops, Firemen, Paramedics, Clergy, Nurses, E.M.T.'s, Red Cross volunteers, Secret Service, FBI, CIA, Sky Marshals, SBI, FEMA, FAA, anyone protecting our freedom and rights. Go Air Force!Everyday Americans who come to the rescue and do their part during national and international crisis such as 9-11, Katrina, California Earthquakes, Oklahoma City bombings.
