Midwest anesthesiologist in transition. The past couple years have seen many a transformation for me and I've impressed even myself.
From home remodeling - major - to pursuing creative arts in acting/modeling/singing and for the past two years bodybuilding (serious) - I think I've received more attention for these than my 15 year (thus far) medical career. Huh! Cool!
Since I decided and committed to pursue the Gay Games - my venue for my first bodybuilding contest - In which I won Gold for 21-39 heavyweight (175lb) novice standard category - that means natural! - I"ve never felt so good physically, emotionally, spiritually. Protein does a body good!
I've been blessed to have been "immortalized" by some of the world's best photographers thanks to my involvement in the Games and I now wish to give back to my community through acting. Interesting and exciting how this could have more potential and power to change minds than my current profession in changing the health of the population.
"CHICAGO TAKES OFF" - Under a Big Top - a benefit at the Park West featuring Chicago talent in various states of undress was a blast! Stripping Village People clowns - whoda thunk?
Then in rehearsal for the Chicago premiere of Die Mommie Die with Hell in a Handbag Productions - playing Tony Parker!!!! Very lucky indeed.
