I am a WNBF Figure Pro and have been competing for the last 7 years. In addition to coaching I am Figure, Fitness and Body Building Judge, what a great honor that is for me. I also do fitness modeling and have shot with top fitness magazines, such as Muscle and Fitness Her's, Oxygen, and Natural Body Building and Fitness. I have helped close to a 200 women successfully compete in figure with many of them winning their Pro Cards. I teach competitors how to present themselves like champions..I work with Individuals and Groups of women to provide that specialized 1 on 1 time and attention needed by competitors to perfect their presentation and be successful in today's highly competitive environment. Fitness, motorcycles, competing, traveling and shopping. I am 34 and very happy with where my life is at and open to see where it will go. In addition I have the best family one could ask for. If you are my friend that means you are a part of my family. I have the best friends a girl could ask for and I cherish them dearly. My bulldog, Moulin-Rouge keeps me laughing on my lowest of days and keeps me up most night snoring, but i would trade her for the world.
