Luxz was born and raised in Lima, Ohio on September 6, 1987. He knew music was gonna be his career at the age of 12. His mother always wanted him to go to college and be a doctor or something, but thats every mothers dream for there child. Luxz had it made up in his mind that music is what he wanted to persue and took it very seriously. He started writing his own tracks, Battling and producing his own music.
He also started a Indie record label along with Young Hustle (Blaqout Records). The label Consist of Tez.D, Lowkey, Young Hustle, Young Gutta, and Grimey. Luxz is now on his 4th mixtape entitled Back 2 Beast Mode which is being hosted by Dj Dammit. He hooked up with the Plusmatics Music group also. He been in various contest like a contest hosted by "The Game" where you had to spit 16 bars. He came in 2nd place but "The Game" still has to choose the winner. Luxz stays on his grind all of the time weather it making tracks or promoting himself and label mates. He really doesnt want to be signed with a company he wants to do it independently. He feels you get more of the money you deserve that way. But he not turning down deals. "If one comes my way it comes my way" says Luxz. But he is a very versatile rapper waiting on to be discovered. "I just wanna be heard" Says Luxz. I dont really care about the money, cars, clothes and all the other materialistic thing that come with this rap industry.
He understands how hard and rough the game can be. It's not an easy buisness and take a Lion heart to even think about doing it. I've been doing this by myself with no manager or anyone to back me up, Says Luxz. I've made it this far what make you think i wont get my foot in the door.
