I just spent the last 8 months studying and writing my screenplay. I Play guitar, writing songs and poetry, and occasionally tear up the desert on my dirt-bike. I enjoy the beach at sunset, the desert at dawn, and a star painted sky at midnight in the middle of nowhere.
I'm here for networking and friends, but I'm also shopping my Screenplay and hoping to get it into the hands of an agent. It would be a great bonus to meet a woman who loves music, poetry, and intelligent conversation. If your spontaneous and a little mischevious, but at the same time caring and kind, then we would get along famously. I'm always looking for musician's to jam and share ideas with. I welcome anyone who lives by spiritual principals but isn't afraid to have fun and laugh and be creative, and maybe even get a little reckless once in a while. Eventually I'd like to marry. I feel that I would make a great husband, and the woman I fall in love with is going to be sooo loved! I'm looking forward to eventually findind the right woman to give my heart to.
First on my list as far as passions, I enjoy all genre's of music, but am partial to bands that have a good vocalist and substance to their lyrics. No bublegum rock. It seems to me that a lot of the mainstream alternative bands are sounding the same....Teen angst with a nursery-rhyme feel. I like some of the "raw" sounding artists. John Hiatt. The Strokes are cool. Dave Mathews, Live, My Chemical Romance. I really enjoy the female artists out there too. I think Feona Apple is a genius, along with Anna Nalick.Kathy Griffin is incredible. I like old-school metal, but love the Seattle band scene from the nineties. S.T.P, PearlJam, Mudhoney, Soundgarden. I can handle some of the new country..Sugarland, Rascal Flatts, Gary Allen, Little Big Town. But,..as I write this, I'm listening to:.. David Gray, John Mayer, Dave Mathews. Shawn colvin, Beth Hart. Concrete Blonde, Kanzas, Radiohead, Tool, Creed, Joe Satriani, Skid Row, Johnny Lang, Collective Soul and Beck. And of course I have to mention that I grew-up a surf-punk, listening to Black Flag, The Circle Jerks, The dead kennedy's..Then I got into The Smiths..Skinny Puppy. So,..I'm not in to trend's...just good music. I appreciate a band that can play more than 3 chords.

All the people involved in 911 and it's aftermath. Our troops overseas and abroad. Charles Bukowski, Einstein, Tesla, Plato, Socrates. Buda, Jesus. My mother, who fought the good fight, and was the most gifted, intelligent, charming, and compasionate person, I have ever known. Hero's to me are also anyone that can take the tragedies in their lives and turn them into something beautiful.
