Johnny Olson

Hey everybody, this is Johnny Olson now on MySpace! A Mark Goodson-Bill Todman production! Oh wait, those guys never made MySpace! It was this weird guy named Tom who apparently has millions of friends or something like that. But enough of that, let's talk about me and my wonderful voice! I used to be the announcer of so many great game shows, especially The Price Is Right! I will always remember that show the most, because I always enjoyed working alongside Bob Barker. And amazingly, The Price Is Right is still going strong today after all these years! Did you know I was the one who came up with that phrase "COME ON DOWN"? Yeah, it's true. Rod Roddy took my place and continued to say it, and then when he died, I got to reunite with him in heaven too. Yeah, we take turns announcing up here. Now a guy named Rich Fields is announcing and continuing the legacy of the phrase "COME ON DOWN"! He's doing fantastic, I must say. And of course, how could I forget another favorite game show I used to announce, Match Game? Gene Rayburn was the funniest man in the game show industry, and I still get to chat with him up in heaven today! Oh, did I mention heaven? Yeah, sadly October 12, 1985 is a day that will live in infamy, because I passed away that day and departed from the planet Earth. Shortly after, I made my way up into heaven and I have gotten to reunite with some of the great game show hosts I remember very well! I'm still announcing in heaven and we are playing great games up there, thank you very much! Alrighty then, this is Johnny Olson speaking!
