I just became a proud parent!!! Kyler Timothy Melanson was born April 18th, 2007! Mom and baby (and dad) are doing awesome! He was 8 lbs 7.5 ounces and was born with a full head of hair! :-) Stay tuned for pics!
I've been involved in the Network Marketing Industry for almost 3 years now. When I first got involved, it was not to make the big bucks… Instead it was to learn. My best friend who just happens to be a very bright businessman introduced me. My background is in high tech. With the recent downsizing of the high tech industry, I began worrying about my future. I was interested in running my own business, but I didn't know the first thing about it. My friend, offered to teach me everything… for the low cost of 2 grand.
After only a few months I realized that this industry is hard! I worked my butt off but didn't seem to experience the success that I was promised. I didn't give up though. Remember, I came into this thing for experience, and if there was one thing that I was determined to do, it was figure this thing out. I heard the stats… 1% succeed. Well, guess what? I believed very strongly that I was part of that elite club. I figured that if 1% succeed, then I was going to be one of them.
So the learning begins. How do I make this thing work? I researched companies, management teams, compensation plans… I learned everything I could. I turned to MySpace about a year into it… and I was delighted to find so many companies being promoted. I studies company after company… Guess what? I found that my particular company was not the ideal vehicle for me.
Today, I'm very excited about my business. I've got a product that I can be proud of. It is money back guaranteed for 90 days. It has worked wonders for myself and for my family.
The management team and company are strong and solid. The company is backed by strong financials, and very credible medical advice.
Now it's time to give back.
I've been providing free industry wide training for a little while now and I recently did a spot on MySpace recruiting. I got a response from a couple of different people asking why I was giving free training away to people in other companies.
It's simple!
Karma!!!! I believe that what goes around comes around.
I live with an abundance philosophy. There is plenty to go around and if you help other people solve their problems, then yours disappear too. Every great businessman and philosopher has said this... and I take these words to heart.
"Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country" - John F. Kennedy
I offer my help to others because it enriches me as a person, and it allows me to solidify my own practices. To find out more click on the banner below.

My Interests

People, business, sports, computers, philosophy, personal growth, and above all Music! Oh... and I've recently joined the Texas Hold'em Craze. What a great game, employing luck, strategy and human psychology all at once.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody with a positive attitude and a love of life and people. If that's you... I'd be honored to have you in my network. :)Also, anyone with a business. Any kind of business. I love to research and I love to hear about people's successes. If you are an entrepreneur and have something to share feel free to contact me. (Networkers welcome)

Music:

I am a huge music fan. For years I've said that I enjoy all music except Country, but I'm even starting to warm up to that. Since I started to learn to play music, it has taken a whole new dimension for me. I enjoy it on so many levels. My all-time favorite band is the Beatles. However, love the Dave Matthews Band and Phish. I've been on a classic rock binge lately listening to a lot of CSNY, Cream, CCR, the Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, The Stones, but I've always liked keeping up with alternative rockers such as the Tragically Hip, Foo Fighters, Tool and STP... the killers & the arcade fire are pretty good too.

Movies:

I do like movies quite a bit... I don't have that much time these days to watch them, but when I do, I like comedies the most... other than that... anything that makes me think.Must add "The Secret" to the list. www.thesecret.tv Check out the trailer. The movie will change your life.

Television:

I don't watch TV. Too busy for that. :-)

Books:

I really enjoy books that can help me grow as a person. My favorite book right now is called "How to win friends and influence people". This book is amazing and I recommend it to everyone. It will help you get along with people better, and it will make yourself and the people around you happier.

Heroes:

Anyone who has the guts to pursue their dreams.
