About Me

"One of the secrets to my success is that I am faithful to my dreams. I don't cheat on my dreams by taking drugs or blaming others when things don't go right." --American Artist, Mark Kostabi
Born in New York in 1967, I moved to Solana Beach, CA at the age of ten and now live in gorgeous Encinitas, CA. I'm from a large family--the youngest of 7--and have 11 nieces and nephews. Family is important to me.
A believer in the law of attraction, positive thinking, and "Get off your butt" kind of luck, I am a creative professional and entrepreneur.
A successful writer, editor, designer, and photographer, I invested 10 years working for Ken Blanchard in new product development. The Blanchards are truly kind and genuine people and they have earned the tag line "America's top leadership training company."
Recently I changed jobs for a new challenge and career growth opportunity and now work for one of the teachers from the movie "The Secret," John Assaraf.
I also own a jewelry line which is extrememly successful.
Here's a quote from my bio, spoken by a previous employer, which I hope to live up to: “Prepare to be amazed by this beautiful woman. Don't let her sometimes quiet, reserved nature and beach culture fool you...this is one rare, wise, skillful and talented leader. Ellen’s combination of spirituality, lightheartedness and talent in the visual arts makes her a creative, insightful, articulate, intuitive, down-to-earth woman with excellent business sense and a compassionate heart. Listen carefully, because she's incisively funny too. She's an incredible person to work for because she is respectful, kind and fun, but she's also serious about success which she shares with everyone around her.”
Professional life aside I am just a sober girl who loves design, laughter, and adventure. I'm feisty, fun, and grounded. I believe I've got a higher power who's looking out for me. I love being in a relationship with a together guy who loves me just the way I am.
I love to travel and want to go to Bali, England (London and Bristol), Australia, Italy, Ireland, Sicily, New Mexico, and skiing in Argentina.
I Belong in Milan
