About Me

I am a FITNESS PROFESSIONAL with my own personal training business and production company. Also, I am a choreographer, former gymnast and NIPFL cheerleader. Recently, I have created an explosive workout program called, JAMCORPS. YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE! Life is great for me! Yes, we ALL have our share of ups and downs- sometimes we have a great deal all at once- but it is a blessing to just wake up to see another day and be able to make the most out of it =) I continue speaking and doing postive things in my life with the help of God so that I will move travel forward fearlessly into the future with all of my dreams!
Daily I work to keep balance in my life with my faith in God and my prosperity is and will always be a benefit not only to me but for those whom I am able to help aspire in deed.
Life is too short and precious to waste on negativity. If one has done their best and there is no more to be done then a person must move on and forward. My father has always taught me to "Plan my work and Work my plan" and I too have learned to "Live for today and Plan for tomorrow".

My Interests

I will try almost anything at least once. I plan to get back into wall climbing, gymnastics-even to this day!- writing; whether it be lyrics to a song, a book or a poem- cycling and public speaking to name a few. Music/singing is a passion of mine and I love to dance. I do choreography work and I enjoy working out (it's one of the ways I make my living!). To learn Jeet Kune Do is big on my list. Finding a good book to curl up to [or my boyfriend :) ] is always a good thing. Snow boarding is next on my agenda to learn, brush up on my French and start drawing again. Now, what else can I find to do...?

Movies:

I can watch absolutely any movie, although I am a bit pickier when it comes to Romance films, I'm a little cheesed out on the modern day I-can-guess-what -the-ending-will-be storylines unless, it is from the American Movie Classics or the Turner Classic Movie series. Kill Bill, The Ring I, Lord of The Rings series, Beloved, The Five Heart Beats, Interview with The Vampire, The Passion of Christ, all Bruce Lee's films, Jet Li films, Crash, Neverland, Indiana Jones, the Mission Impossibles, The Nutty Professor, King Kong, My Best Friend's Wedding, Kung Fu Hustle, The Incredibles (cartoon film), The Lion King and Underworld just to name a few. Although, my absolute favorite movie in the world is, Fright Night from the late '80s. I am goo goo for vampires!!!

Television:

1-3 hours a week I may watch television but what has caught my attention is GIRLFRIENDS, C.S.I, COLD CASE, SUPERNATURAL, SMALLVILLE, and at one time SEX IN THE CITY. I almost forgot, my all time favorite is THE AMAZING RACE. I rarelly see it but it is the only show that I would really like to be on. Ya never know!!!

Books:

Collection of Edgar Allen Poe's works, Bram Stoker's Dracula, A Wrinkle In Time, The Alladin Factor, The Richest Man In Babylon, Think & Grow Rich, books by Isaac Asimov, The Great Gatsby, and The Little Prince just to name a few.

Heroes:
