Dutch metal band CiLiCe has been formed by members of well known bands N3UK! ORPHANAGE and SMOGUS after these bands split up. With a style similar to Meshuggah, Dillinger Escape Plan and Mike Patton these members are taking a big step further in metal music without ending up in pointless freaking. The bizarre riffs, the syncopated rhythms, the very divergent and mostly brutal vocals combined with lots of atmosphere are making the head-trip complete! The combination of both experienced and very driven musicians with different backgrounds in heavy music has already made many people requesting for the debut album which will be finished at the end of 2007. As from April 2007 the band has started to play in HOLLAND and abroad. This has brought them to GERMANY, ENGLAND, SWITSERLAND and BRAZIL (where they did a tour with Brazilian heavyweight Subtera). At the beginning of 2008 the debut-album (of which the title will not be revealed yet) will be released and new tours will be announced. The HELLBOUND TOUR is a fact....CILICE and the brazilian metal band TORTURE SQUAD will be touring through Europe in the month may and june 2008.

Metalband CiLiCe is gevormd door leden van N3UK! , ORPHANAGE en SMOGUS nadat deze bands uiteen zijn gevallen. Met een stijl vergelijkbaar met oa. Meshuggah, Dillinger Escape Plan en Mike Patton gaan deze leden een stap verder in de metal zonder zichzelf te verliezen in eindeloos muzikanten gefreak. De bizarre riffs, de syncopische ritmes, de zeer uiteenlopende en veelal brute zang zorgen, samen met een hoop sfeer voor de ‘headtrip’ die je bij het beluisteren van CiLiCe ondergaat. De combinatie van de doorgewinterde en zeer gedreven muzikanten uit verschillende hoeken van de heavy muziek heeft ertoe geleid dat men al reikhalzend uitkijkt naar het debuut album welke eind 2007 afgerond zal zijn. Vanaf april 2007 is de band gaan spelen in binnenland en buitenland. Dat heeft ze onder andere naar DUITSLAND, ZWITSERLAND, ENGELAND en zelfs BRAZILIE gebracht (waar ze met één van Braziliaans meest grote bands Subtera heeft getourd). In het begin van 2008 zal CiLiCe haar debuutalbum uitbrengen (waarvan de titel nog niet bekend is) en zullen nieuwe tourdata bekend worden gemaakt. CILICE en de Braziliaanse topmetal band TORTURE SQUAD zullen onder de naam HELLBOUND TOUR de maanden mei en juni 2008 door Europa touren.
