I like to dance(hip hop, techno, disco, Irish reels, I do it all). I also love playing pool or soccer.Food is probably my greatest passion, and liquor my greatest vice(that I care to mention in front of children).Im kinda politically active, the world is a mess, and its not going to get better unless average people decide to get togeather and do something about it.Life is too short to be an asshole. Racism and Sexism really piss me off. I also support the labour movement.Im also a history buff and a Big Movie fan.

If its got energy, i like it.Jonny Cash, the Pogues, Black Sabbath, Marvin Gaye, The Clash, The Coup, Ballast, Old Blues, Ministry, Playa Fly, Classic Rock and anything with a good beat.Right now upbeat stuff, Toots and old Motown are in my reagular rotation right now.
Movies:
The Good, the Bad & the Ugly, Akira, Baraka, A scanner Darkly (going to have to start reading Philip K dick), Koyanaskatsi, The Seven Samurai, C.R.A.Z.Y, Kung Fu Hustle, La Haine, the Last Waltz, Dog Day Afternoon, The Godfather, Dogtown and the Z Boys, All Power To the People: the Black Panther Party and Beyond, The Dark Crystal, The Fellowship of the Ring, Ong Bak, "Bon Cop, Bad Cop".As you can see I love epics, good cinematography and good soundtracks. A good message dosn't hurt either.
I also like all sorts of questionable mind numbing comedy.

Anything by Douglas Adams, Lord of the Rings Trilogy(the films almost do them justice), "Breakin Free", Anything about Nestor Makhno or By Errico Malatesta or Maurice Brinton, The Northeastern Anarchist(serriously), "A Breif History of the Universe" by Steven Hawkings(dudes smart), Detroit I do mind Dying, the Sorrow of War.Im listening to the "the Stand" by Steven King on AudioBook right now, pretty good.After that I wanna do the Gunslinger serries and Romance of the Three kingdoms. Epics....
Heroes:
Theres lots of people i admire, Folks who gave their lives for the struggle to make the world a better place, Inspiring artists and musicians, but I dont really go for heroes.
