Shattered Hope

Shattered Hope's music can be described mainly as atmospheric doom/death metal. The band was formed during the days of July 2002.After many line up changes we ended to the current one which exists from December 2003. After the stabilization of the band members we gave some concerts at clubs as well as opening festivals, performing our own tracks and covers (My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost, Saturnus, Anathema). In that time we were working on our songs.
Finally we released our first demo "A View of Grief" which included 6 songs on May 2005 (All instruments were recorded in a house except for the drums that were recorded in a studio)and after this we gave some concerts for its promotion.
On November 2006 we had another change on line-up as Nontas (lead guitar) left the band and his place took the keyboard player Sakis.Eugenia replaced keyboards.
On November 2007 the last line-up change happened as Pete (bass) left the band and Vasilis replaced him.
On December 2007 we released the "Promo 2007" which included 2 songs. Under this new line-up we played many live shows for its promotion in and out of Greece, some of them supporting bands like Saturnus, Inborn Suffering, Mar De Grises and Ataraxie.
At this moment we are working on some new songs and we're ready to enter the studio for our first full-length album.
