Rest In Peace Chris- 1965-2006Added by Kathy on 5-9-06
MESSAGE TO CHRIS FROM MICHEAL MADSEN:I MISS MY FRIEND AS TIME GOES BY I KEEP THINKING BACK AT THE TIMES WE HAD TOGETHER. LIFE IS FUNNY BECUASE SOMETIMES YOU DONT REALLY KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR GONNA MISS SOMEONE UNTIL THEY ARE GONE. THE LAST TIME I SAW CHRIS I THOUGHT MAYBE HE WOULD SIT UP AND START LAUGHING AND PUNCH ME IN THE NOSE. THERE'S NOT TOO MANY GUYS IN THIS WORLD THAT COULD GET AWAY WITH PUNCHING ME IN THE NOSE BUT CHRIS WAS A TOUGH MONKEY. IN THIS TIME WHEN HOLYWOOD IS FILLED UP WITH SO MANY ACTORS WHO DONT REALLY UNDERSTAND THE KIND OF CHARACTERS THAT THEY ARE PLAYING, IT'S NOT ONLY ME THAT HAS LOST SOMETHING, IT'S ALSO THE MOVIES. I WANT TO THANK SEAN FOR ASKING ME TO BE A PART OF THE DAYS WHEN CHRIS WAS LAYED DOWN. MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS MOTHER AND I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER GENTLE GOLDEN HAIR BLOWN BY THE WIND ON THE TOP OF THE HILL AT HOLY CROSS. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS SAD THAT DAY, I THINK THERE MUST HAVE BEEN 100 PEOPLE THERE. CHRIS WAS THE KIND OF GUY THAT PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER. HE DIDNT TAKE ANY CRAP, HE ALWAYS STOOD UP FOR HIS FRIENDS AND HE WAS A GREAT ACTOR. I LOVED HIM AS MUCH AS ANY MAN COULD LOVE ANOTHER MAN WITHOUT TURNING INTO BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. I REMEMBER WHEN I FIRST HEARD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED, I WENT INTO MY SONS ROOM AND CRIED FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND SO DID HE. THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD MUST HAVE CRIED ON THAT DAY BECAUSE WE ALL LOST SOMEONE VERY BRAVE . I HAD A CHANCE TO SPEAK AT THE HOLY CROSS AND DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SAY EVERTHING THAT I WAS THINKING. ONE THING I DID REMEMBER TO SAY WAS THAT CHRIS WAS A MOUNTIAN, A GREAT BIG BEAUTIFUL MOUNTIAN WITH A HEART OF A LION. I WANT TO THANK MY SON MAX FOR PUTTING THESE WORD DOWN FOR THIS WEBSITE. WE WILL BOTH MISS CHRIS FOR EVER AND EVER. MAY GOD PLEASE BLESS HIM WHEREVER HE MAY BE-MICHEAL MADSEN
