Not that I have much time to pursue my interests, but when I do I have lots. I love to travel (espeically outside the US). I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love the outdoors, and my favorite outdoor passtime is fishing. I enjoy good wine, good food, and great company. Education is very important to me.
Being the daughter of a sheepherder - I Like Sheep! Just look how cute they are!!! Maybe it's a Basque thing.
I just like meeting people in general. Making lots of friends! The more the merrier!
Anything I can dance to!!! I love music! All sorts! Even country, come on I am in Elko! The problem with country though is that I like to swing, and it's hard to find someone who can swing with me!
I love movies - all types. I especially like movies that are based on true stories, like "Ladder 49".I also like romance movies like "A Walk in the Clouds" (I am a romanitc at heart).I also find myself watching lots of kid movies cause my nephews love them "Ice Age" and "Maddagascar" are the big hits lately - they make me laugh!Others I like alot; Dragonfly, Butterfly Effect, Lonesome Dove, Pretty Woman, The Village, Monster's Ball, Heartbreakers.
Reality TV always lures me in! I like "Everybody Loves Raymond", "Medium", and watch Lifetime and the Food Network alot.
Textbooks at the moment! A little reading on wines, and "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"
My Family! Number 1? My dad of course! He is the BEST! Seriously that man moved to America when he was 21 to herd sheep and make money to send home to his parents and siblings in Spain. He raised two daughters as a single parent, he speaks three languages (English, Spanish, and Basque plus a little French), is in National Geographic Magazine June 1966 (good pictures of him in there - good article), and he would give anyone the shirt off his back - but don't mess with his daughters or grandsons. Hardest working, most respectable man I know! He keeps the Basque alive in our family!

And I have to mention my sister. She is my number 1 fan and biggest supporter. She's a fiesty one and she'll let ya know she doesn't like anyone treating me badly! I love that in her! Plus she has the cutest boys (my three nephews and her biggest boy Josh, aka SLOSH!) Muah!Maria and "Slosh" - luv ya guys!

The majority of my extended family is in Spain.
Euskadi! Basque! To ALL my friends and family - I love you!
For FunActually, truth be told I am a Kalimotxo drinker when they are available, I steer clear of Picon Punches, and love my red wine or Jack & Coke!Love Jack!
