What's good my myspace people. It's a new year so I want to start of this year right. My name doesn't really matter at this point, but my stage name is MR (pronounce Mister). I am born and raise in New Orleans, LA. in Press Park. I was raise by one parent who taught me to work hard and to achieve everything that I set my mind on. Being raise from the south I learned how to deal with poverty and struggle at a very young age. Being moved around from state to state since the passing of my beloved mother at the age of eight, I have ended my trip in Minneapolis, MN. This has been my residence since the summer of 1995. I've always been in love with Hip Hop since the early age of my life that I can rememeber. Now living up North, I have been taking a liking to High School talent shows to opening up to major artists in the game now like YOUNG BUCK, LIL BOOSIE, and PLIES to name a few. My craft with the music is all about lyrical content and touching on subjects that I deal with in everyday life. I rap on religion, murder, pain, joy, struggle, drugs, the community, and etc. I bring a new and refreshing style thats not one dimensional. My influences in all genres of music is like a pot of gumbo. Thats every style out there mixed in one person. If you ever been to any of my shows you would know that I give a great stage presence and I put my soul in every song that I do. I run with the group known as the "WRONG 1'S" which is also affliated with "BLAZE 1" from Minneapolis, MN. We do our best to represent great local talent on a verge to go national. The group consist of Dat Boy Q, Pimping Tay, Tez, Tone G, Lucky, and MR. We work with platnium producer ZINK from BLAZE 1 and super producer JERRRY HUBBARD (current teacher at I.P.R.) of the "HIT FACTORY". I'm on here to connect with current talent in the game and A&R's that is looking for the next best thing. Models, Photgraphers, Video Directors, and Lawyers are also needed. I've been working on it for two years and I'm very excited with the ending result. It has been a long road and alot of practice that is well deserve.
