Acoustic healing from the middle of life...

Before I say anything, please can I ask you to take the time to rate my songs? All you need to do is click 'rate' button underneath the song you are listening to. Thanks!
At 37 I feel I'm entereing the middle of life, and as more years go by the more I become scared of looking back and wishing I had "done more with my life". Sound familiar?
For example, when I was younger, I wish I hadn't wished I was older I wish I hadn't gone out the night I got attacked. I wish I had become a full time musician earlier in life. I wish, that when I quit my job, I left a big steaming turd in the bosses bottom draw, not that he would have noticed. I wish I'd spent more time talking with my grandparents before they died. I wish I'd spent more time learing to play the guitar. I wish I hadn't barked at the kids so often. Etc Etc.
So now in the middle of my years I'm trying to make sure I don't look back one day and say.. 'I wish I'd pulled my bloody finger out.'
And so it is with new inspiration, basically the not always fun but interesting things that life throw at you, that I have decided to 'pull out' the proverbial finger and finish writing all those songs I never wrote. Why? Well, just for you. So you can listen to my life and hopefully it will help you with yours. We all have an anthem or a special song - I would love one of mine to be yours. If someone contacted me in 5 years time and said; "You know that song your wrote about the time you watched a rainstorm and rainbows with your kids? Well that is me and my wife / kids / my favorite song - it's our special song." That would make my whole musical career worthwhile.
So here it all is - open hearted songs - no strings, apart from the guitar, attached.
Hope you like it.
