About Me

Based out of a basement in Ann Arbor, MI, Search and Rescue Records officially went into business on October 15th, 2002. We now have 6 bands, a nifty 7" album from Mae and Modern Dance, and four years worth of killer stories!

ATTENTION BANDS!!! YES, you can email us with a link to your mp3s or Myspace page and we will listen to it. We love new music and we love finding new bands to work with. You are also more than welcome to send us a physical demo in the mail and it WILL get listened to. We have listened to every single CD that hit our door without exception over the past 5 years and believe me there have been alot of them. If you rock, you will hear from us...guaranteed.

DO NOT...and I stress...DO NOT send us a Myspace message. Your odds of us seeing your message buried in all the daily spam we get in our Myspace inbox are very very low. Use email...you know that thing that was all the rage for communicating back in 2004? Our email address is posted on our website.

Help us promote the ALUCARD Winter Tour 2007 taking place between January 20th through mid-february
Paste the code below in the text box into any "comments" message you post on your friends myspace page and it will automatically create a banner ad for the tour with a link to the tour page. Or use it in your bio and help support good rock and roll! It is compatible with MySpace and Livejournal and quite possibly many many other blogs and journals out there that accept HTML code.
When you post it, a banner like this will appear in your comments:
