I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I played the cello for 12 years. I've been in rock bands. I'm a comedian. I will beat you at Ms. Pac Man. I will never shake my Midwestern roots.

Lots of people know me from my Pachelbel Rant that's been making the rounds on the internet lately.

Aside from minor internet accliam I make my living tooling about the country performing at colleges and comedy clubs. I started a videoblog called Life as a Comic which is a behind-the-scenes look at what's it's like to be a working comedian, check it out if you like. And when I'm not on the road I'm usually playing small venues in NYC and working on various and assorted writing projects.

Check out my songs at my super-secret music profile !! I switched from Myspace Music to Myspace comedy and lost all of my tunes. I have profiler's remorse.

My official website is RobPRocks.com . Come visit!

My Interests

The Tallest Man-Made Thing in the World

Turns out it's in North Dakota (it's that thin, grey line in the background). It's a T.V. broadcasting tower for KVLY and KTHI, and for being the tallest of something in the world it's pretty boring....

Can we stop "pairing" things?

I've officially become sick of the word "to pair" in all of it's conjugations when referring to putting two food items together. At first the term had sort of an erudite and refined (i.e. snobby and h...
